Our Story
As a Veteran owned and operated company, Lynn Capital was founded with a mission to continue to serve those around us.
Founded in 2021, we partner with investors accorss the nation, providing them with safe, secure and reasonable retuns as consideration for the funding required to purchase quality homes in our local communities.
Since we opened our doors, we've worked with hundreds of families to provide safe, affordable homes, a success that we hope to continue for many years to come.
Our Program
Our program is designed to give renters the oppertunity to become owners.
Our residents are given the option to purchase the home from us within 10 years of moving in. As long as they pay their rent, take care of the home and abide by their lease, our residents won't be asked to move out during that time, even if the market goes up.
We treat our residents as owners. They are responsible for the care and upkeep of the home but are also allowed to modify and decorate as they please. We want them to make the house into their HOME.
